The Complex Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue across a portfolio of hotels within a shared market or geographic cluster. This role manages relationships with corporate, group, and transient accounts, develops and executes sales strategies tailored to each property's positioning, and works cross-functionally with revenue management, catering/events, and operations teams to maximize occupancy, ADR, and overall profitability across the complex. This is a full time role based in Burlington, VT.
