Job description

Description
Who We Are
Brush Creek Ranch is one of Wyoming's premier luxury guest ranches - nestled in the Snowy Range mountains near Saratoga, Wyoming, where world-class hospitality meets the untamed beauty of the American West.
The Farm at Brush Creek Ranch is a luxury seed-to-table destination where hospitality, agriculture, and culinary excellence converge in one of the most distinctive food-and-beverage concepts in the American West. Featuring a working greenhouse, goat dairy and creamery, artisan bakery, signature restaurant, curated wine program, retail offerings, and immersive guest experiences, The Farm delivers authentic, hands-on encounters that connect guests to the land, the craft, and the food systems that define this remarkable corner of Wyoming. There is no other hospitality concept quite like it.
We are hiring a General Manager of The Farm at Brush Creek Ranch - a rare luxury ranch general manager opportunity for an experienced multi-department operations leader who brings a genuine passion for agriculture, sustainability, luxury hospitality, and culinary excellence. This agritourism general manager role offers a total compensation package of up to $169,000 - including a $130,000 base salary, a 15% guaranteed end-of-season bonus, and a 15% performance bonus - plus three free meals per day and relocation assistance for the right candidate. If you're a General Manager, Director of Farm Operations, Director of Operations, Food and Beverage Director, Director of Agriculture, or senior hospitality leader with a background in farm-to-table restaurant management, luxury resort food and beverage, agritourism, or experiential hospitality looking for Wyoming general manager jobs or luxury ranch general manager roles in the American West, we want to hear from you.
What You'll Do
  • Provide strategic and day-to-day operational leadership across all Farm operations at Brush Creek Ranch - including agriculture, greenhouse production, goat dairy and creamery, artisan bakery, restaurant, wine program, retail, and immersive agritourism guest experiences
  • Own the full financial performance of The Farm - driving P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, labor planning, inventory controls, and capital investment decisions to achieve and exceed profitability and operational excellence goals at this world-class Wyoming ranch resort
  • Lead growth, innovation, and sustainability initiatives across all Farm departments - positioning The Farm at Brush Creek Ranch as a national leader in luxury seed-to-table hospitality and agritourism guest experiences
  • Recruit, develop, and inspire high-performing teams across a diverse, multi-department Farm operation - fostering a culture of collaboration, craftsmanship, accountability, and genuine passion for the land and the guest experience
  • Monitor and act on key performance indicators across profitability, operational efficiency, product quality, and guest satisfaction - continuously elevating The Farm experience to meet Brush Creek Ranch guest expectations and Relais & Châteaux luxury standards
  • Serve as the primary ambassador for The Farm at Brush Creek Ranch - building meaningful relationships with guests, ranch ownership, community partners, local producers, and the broader luxury hospitality and agritourism community

What You'll Bring
  • 5 to 10+ years of progressive leadership experience - including senior operations, general management, agritourism general manager, food and beverage director, or director-level responsibilities in a complex, multi-department hospitality, food and beverage, agritourism, or experiential business environment - required
  • Proven success leading multi-department operations with full accountability for financial performance, operational results, and team development - experience in luxury resort, ranch resort, farm-to-table restaurant management, or agritourism operations strongly preferred
  • Strong business acumen across P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, labor productivity, and inventory control - with a track record of driving profitability in a complex, high-touch luxury hospitality environment
  • Deep experience in hospitality, food and beverage, agriculture, culinary arts, Director of Agriculture responsibilities, or other experiential businesses - a background that spans multiple disciplines is a significant advantage for this uniquely multi-faceted luxury ranch general manager role
  • A genuine passion for agriculture, sustainability, craftsmanship, and luxury guest experiences - you don't just manage The Farm, you believe in what it stands for
  • Comfort with and enthusiasm for a live-on-property or nearby rural Wyoming lifestyle - this role is immersed in the land, the seasons, and the rhythms of ranch life; relocation assistance is available for the right candidate

What You Can Look Forward To
  • Base Salary: $130,000
  • 15% Guaranteed End-of-Season Bonus
  • 15% Performance Bonus
  • Total compensation potential up to $169,000
  • Relocation assistance available for the right candidate
  • 3 meals per day at no cost to the associate
  • Access to hiking, mountain biking, and fishing on neighboring national forest land
  • Unlimited employee referral bonuses
  • 401(k) with company match after 1 month
  • Paid time off (PTO) with rollover for full-time associates
  • Numerous employee engagement activities and a positive work environment
  • Discounts on hotel rooms, dining, and other travel and entertainment experiences
  • Multiple opportunities for growth across our luxury ranch network
  • Full-time associates also receive:
    • Medical, dental, and vision insurance - starting day 1
    • Life and disability insurance
    • Paid parental leave
    • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)

At Brush Creek Ranch, we are an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion. All qualified applicants will be considered regardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
