Job Description:
As a Leasing Consultant with Sage Ventures, you will play a crucial role in our mission to provide outstanding service to our residents while maintaining high occupancy rates and driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for leasing apartments, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our properties.
Responsibilities:

  • Greet prospective residents and provide tours of available units, showcasing the unique features and amenities of each property.
  • Assist prospective residents with the leasing process, including completing applications, conducting credit and background checks, and preparing lease agreements.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in person, providing accurate information about pricing, availability, and leasing policies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective residents, addressing any concerns or issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to develop and implement effective leasing strategies, such as marketing campaigns and resident referral programs.
  • Conduct market research and stay informed about local trends and competitor offerings to ensure competitive pricing and positioning of our properties.
  • Maintain organized leasing records and documentation, ensuring compliance with fair housing regulations and company policies.
