A Brief Overview

  • Evaluates the organizations jobs, documenting responsibilities and requirements in job descriptions. Performs data analysis for the Company's salary administration program. Contributes organizational data to, and analyzes results of, compensation surveys. Conducts market analysis of company jobs to determine competitive positioning of the organizations pay programs. Participates in administration of annual performance management, incentive, or salary increase programs and development of incentive or salary increase strategies. Responsible for the development and maintenance of the salary administration process and periodic cycles. Responsible for the administration and processing of wage garnishments. Prepares a variety of reports. Responds to internal and external requests for information. Maintains strict confidentiality and appropriate discretion.

What will you do?

  • Job Analysis: Maintains accurate job descriptions, evaluates roles, and determines job classifications and salary ranges.
  • Salary Administration: Analyzes market data, benchmarks jobs, and supports salary structures and annual compensation programs.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Prepares compensation reports, ensures regulatory compliance, and conducts payroll audits.
  • Workday SME: Manages and maintains the Workday compensation system, including updates and issue resolution.
  • Payroll Support: Assists with payroll reporting and audit requests.
  • Training: Educates employees and managers on compensation programs and policies.

What are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's degree in related field required. Mathematics, Human Resources or related field or equivalent preferred
  • 5 or more years related work experience
  • Human Resource laws and practices (EEO, Fair Labor Standards Act, Workers' Compensation, Americans with Disabilities Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, etc.)
  • SPHR or SHRM-SCP preferred
