The role contributes to the development and execution of data-driven compensation solutions within assigned areas of responsibility, ensuring programs are competitive, compliant with regulatory and governance standards, and aligned with market practices. Through strong analytical capabilities and sound judgment, the Senior Compensation Analyst supports the evolution of compensation practices and delivers insights that enable effective decision-making and support organizational performance.
