As a Lead Technical Program Manager in Consumer & Community Banking and Business and Core Technology Organization, you will drive the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs that will help reaching business goals across the firm. Leveraging your deep knowledge of technical principles, practices, and theories is essential for developing innovative solutions, while simultaneously effectively managing resources, budgets, and high-performing teams. Your strong analytical reasoning and adaptability skills will enable you to navigate through ambiguity and change, ensuring that technology initiatives align with business goals. With advanced communication and stakeholder management abilities, you will foster productive working relationships and influence decision-making to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes. As a subject matter expert, you will contribute to the development of operational plans and risk management strategies, ensuring the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery.
Job responsibilities
  • Facilitate reporting of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and creation of executive reporting updates to line of business senior leadership.
  • Support the Head of Technology for the Global Customer Platforms organization across multiple initiatives and functions.
  • Review existing business management processes and elevate, advocate and integrate best practices.
  • Practicing modernization through our engineering practices on multiple fronts.
  • Promote innovation through organizing multiple forums to improve efficiency gain through innovation and leveraging AI tools.
  • Lead Big Rocks project management from project start through project completion for big program.
  • Coordinate and support of key forums across the teams and take broad objectives and turn it into tactical plans to execute, whether in a delegated fashion to others in the organization or as an individual contributor, monitor and track the progress.
  • Manage business management and oversight of day-to-day operations for the GCP tech organization - Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders in various projects.
  • Interface with key influencers and decision-makers across various Products, Technology, Analytics and Finance functions.
  • Support the Head of Technology for the Global Customer Platforms organization across multiple initiatives and functions.
  • Coordinate of key forums such as offsite, hackathon etc.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, leading complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
  • 5+ years of Project Management, Business Management, Project Management Office PMO experience involving complex business operations and technology delivery.
  • High Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence key stakeholders and excellent issue resolution skills.
  • Self-motivated, innovative thinker with the ability to derive, formulate and develop new concepts, processes and value added activities.
  • Must be able to design business reporting and analysis that is clear, concise and actionable.
  • Ability to work effectively with other lines of business, finance teams and technology partners
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy - proven ability to produce quality results timely.
  • Drive consistent business management practices, development of OKRs setting logical key performance measures and reporting driving towards continuous improvement in accuracy and control.
  • Providing resource management communications, planning/forecasting guidance and coordination for core business requirements.
  • Sourcing, collating and reporting the data required relating to OKRs, Prodcut Roadmaps, Metrics, Financial Updates including future iterations and improvements.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skill
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence
  • Experience with Business applications (Tableau).
  • Experience with AI tools.
