  • Influence leaders across Sales, Finance, and Strategy
  • Work with leading tools like Xactly (or similar platforms)
What You'll Actually Do
  • Design, model, and refine sales compensation and incentive plans
  • Ensure timely, accurate commission payouts (no small task-and yes, it matters a lot)
  • Analyze performance data to answer: Are our incentives driving the right behaviors?
  • Build dashboards and reporting tools for visibility and ROI tracking
  • Audit compensation data, troubleshoot discrepancies, and resolve issues proactively
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align compensation with business strategy
  • Support system improvements and automation initiatives
  • Translate complex compensation logic into clear, digestible communication
What You Bring to the Table
The Must-Haves:
  • 4+ years in sales compensation, incentive analysis, or commission operations
  • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, advanced formulas-your playground)
  • Experience with Xactly (strongly preferred) or similar tools (Anaplan, Varicent, CaptivateIQ, SAP Commissions, etc.)
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and influence decisions
Bonus Points If You Have:
  • Experience with large-scale comp plan design and governance
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP)
Important note:
No degree required-your experience and impact matter more
What You're Like
  • Naturally curious, you ask why , not just what
  • Detail-oriented but still see the big picture
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and solving complex problems
  • Confident communicator who can partner with leadership
Perks & Benefits
  • Hybrid flexibility (choose your WFH day-most people love Fridays)
  • Competitive PTO (18 days)
  • Strong medical, dental, and vision options
  • 401(k) with generous match (100% on first 3%, 50% on next 2%)
  • Employee stock purchase plan
  • Growth opportunity-this role exists due to an internal promotion
Good to Know
  • Background check and drug screening required (includes THC)
  • This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship
Why This Role Is Open
This is a growth-driven opening + backfill for someone who was recently promoted-clear proof of upward mobility here.
