We're looking for a leader who thrives in ambiguity, can prioritize across competing demands, and is energized by rolling up their sleeves to drive meaningful, enterprise-wide impact.
In your first 6-12 months, success will look like establishing credibility with key stakeholders, bringing structure and clarity to compensation programs and processes, and delivering measurable progress on priority initiatives. If you're energized by leading through change and delivering enterprise-wide impact, this is a unique opportunity to make your mark at Nebraska Medicine.
