Job Description:
Seeking a Compensation Analyst to support the development, administration, and ongoing improvement of compensation programs and policies. This individual will analyze compensation data, conduct market benchmarking, evaluate job classifications, and provide salary recommendations to ensure competitive and compliant pay practices. The role partners closely with HR and business leaders to support compensation planning, job architecture, regulatory compliance, and compensation-related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and support compensation policies, programs, audits, and reporting activities.
  • Conduct market pricing, compensation surveys, and salary benchmarking analyses.
  • Review and develop job descriptions, job classifications, and salary grade assignments.
  • Evaluate proposed salary adjustments and provide recommendations aligned with compensation guidelines.
