• Perform thorough assessments of patients to identify treatment needs and develop personalized care plans.
• Implement and adjust treatment interventions utilizing a broad range of techniques, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education.
• Involve patients and their families in care planning to enhance understanding and adherence to treatment protocols.
• Lead interdisciplinary care teams by guiding and supporting colleagues in delivering integrative patient care.
• Participate in departmental activities aimed at quality improvement, staff management, and cost containment.
• Exhibit outstanding customer service by building rapport with patients and maintaining a positive environment.
• Document patient progress accurately and timely in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Our practice primarily serves a diverse patient population experiencing a variety of conditions, from post-surgical recovery and sports injuries to chronic pain and neurological disorders. Your expertise will enable you to address these unique needs, employing customized therapeutic strategies that promote optimal recovery and enhance overall physical health.

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy or an equivalent field.
• A current physical therapy license in the state of New Jersey.
• CPR certification must be obtained at the time of hire.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective interactions with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

While prior experience in a physical therapy role is not required, candidates with relevant clinical internships or volunteer experiences will be viewed favorably. We welcome new graduates who exhibit eagerness to learn and demonstrate a strong ethical foundation in their practice. Candidates should be adaptable, approachable, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism.
