RV Cleaner - Earning Opportunity up to $50,000 (Based on Experience) | Will Train

Schedule: Full-Time

Compensation & Earning Potential

$20.00 per hour to start based on experience, plus availability for overtime

About the Role

Pete's RV Center is seeking an RV Cleaner to ensure our units are clean, polished, and ready for customer delivery.

This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys hands-on tasks, and wants to be part of a team that directly impacts the customer experience.

Requirements

This Role is Perfect for Someone Who:

Key Responsibilities

Wash and condition RV exteriors, including tires, wheels, and undercarriage.

Perform waxing, buffing, and polishing to maintain appearance and protect surfaces.

Clean and sanitize RV interiors (vacuuming, dusting, detailing appliances)

Polish chrome and interior/exterior components

Inspect units for defects (scratches, dents, damage, etc.)

Prepare units for display and customer delivery.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of detailing area.

Assist technicians with prep work as needed.

Support dealership upkeep (trash removal, general cleaning, restrooms, etc.)

Follow all safety procedures and company standards.

What We're Looking For

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Good communication and teamwork skills

Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic

Previous detailing or cleaning experience is a plus-but not required. We will train the right candidate.

Physical & Work Requirements

Ability to perform physical labor and stay active throughout the day.

Comfortable lifting, bending, and working on feet for extended periods.

Ability to lift and move items as needed.

Comfortable working in a shop and outdoor environment
