As the Community Supports Professional, you will play a pivotal role in individuals' lives, making a significant impact through:

  • Providing direct services in the home and/or a community setting to individuals with a developmental disability
  • Through community events and exploration, Community Supports Professionals work one-to-one with people with disabilities on goals that increase that person's independence, such as, healthy living, socialization skills, money management, and more
  • The objective of the Community Supports Professional is to contribute to a positive living environment and to enhance the quality of life for the individual being supported

Community Supports Professional Minimum Salary: $16.78/hour

Community Supports Professional Maximum Salary: $16.78/hour

Community Supports Professional Schedule: Flexible (full-time or part-time)

Qualifications:

  • Valid NYS Driver’s License and reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
  • High School diploma or GED
  • Smart Phone and/or Tablet is required for electronic record keeping
