Position: Regional Support Associate

Location: Columbus Apartment District - Columbus, OH

Scheduled Hours: Monday โ€“ Friday 9am to 6pm

Pay Rate: $26 - $28/hour (based on experience and qualifications), with bonus potential

Who You Are
  • At least 1 year of property management experience
  • A positive, team-oriented collaborator with a cheerful outlook
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and strong in both written and verbal communication
  • Skilled in customer service with proven ability to build relationships
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel); Yardi experience preferred
  • Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
  • Willing to complete a background check and drug screening if offered a position
What You'll Do

As a Regional Support Associate, you'll travel to assigned communities across Columbus Ohio to provide support and coverage. In this role, you will:

  • Assist with leasing, renewals, move-ins, move-outs, and administrative tasks
  • Ensure smooth daily operations and create excellent resident experiences
  • Accurately process payables and maintain timely documentation
  • Conduct property walks to maintain top-quality presentation
  • Support community management with social media, newsletters, resident events, and reporting
