That’s where you come in.

We’re looking for a strong writer, relationship-builder, and mission-driven storyteller to join our Fund Development team as a Foundation & Corporate Relations Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone who loves combining strategy, communication, and community impact into meaningful work that directly supports children, families, and seniors across California, Texas, Arkansas, and Florida.

  • Help connect donor interests with programs making a real impact in local communities
  • Represent Hope Through Housing and National CORE with professionalism and heart at meetings, events, and community engagements

Keep the Funding Pipeline Moving

  • Research grant opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects
  • Write, coordinate, and submit grant proposals, applications, and reports
  • Track deadlines, submissions, and reporting requirements like a pro
  • Maintain accurate donor and grant records in the database

Collaborate Across Teams

  • Partner with leadership and internal departments to gather program information and impact data
  • Support the development of new program ideas, outcomes measurement, and engagement opportunities
  • Assist the Fund Development team with projects, events, and department initiatives

What You Bring

  • Strong writing and communication skills with the ability to tell compelling stories
  • Great organization and time management skills
  • Confidence juggling multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A collaborative mindset and positive attitude
  • Attention to detail that catches the typo before anyone else does
  • Comfort building relationships with internal teams, community leaders, donors, and partners
  • A genuine passion for community impact and social good

What Makes You Stand Out

  • Experience in nonprofit fundraising, grant writing, marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Familiarity with donor databases and Microsoft Office tools
  • Social media and digital communication skills are a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress

The Details

  • 1 to 3 years of related experience preferred
  • Some local travel and occasional evening or special events may be required
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds and work both in-office and at community locations

Why Join Us?

Because this isn’t just another coordinator role.

Every grant submitted, partnership built, and report completed helps create after-school programs, senior services, wellness initiatives, and life-changing opportunities for thousands of people.

You’ll join a team that genuinely cares about the communities we serve and the people we work alongside every day. Around here, purpose and impact are part of the job description.

Together, we deliver Hope, Opportunity, Prosperity, and Empowerment.
