West Center for Dementia Care is seeking an experienced Director of Community Relations to lead our private pay sales and outreach efforts in Fort Worth.This role is responsible for generating qualified leads, building strong referral relationships, and guiding prospective residents and families through the decision-making process. The Director of Community Relations plays a key role in driving census growth while delivering high-quality, relationship-centered experience.The James L.
