About the role
The Community Relations Manager will oversee the day-to-day Sales & Marketing functions of one of our Spring, TX Assisted Living communities. The responsibilities of the role will be customer facing, and will include achieving company directed sales and occupancy goals as well as establishing strong professional relationships in the market to promote occupancy growth.
Compensation
Base pay:$30- $36/ hr DOE
*plus monthly bonus incentive potential.
What you'll do
  • Responsible for growing and maintaining high occupancy, and meeting or exceeding assigned occupancy goals as determined by the organization.
  • Develop an understanding of industry and community products and services and become a market resource on senior housing.
  • Researching and maintain on-going knowledge of current market and competitors including rates, special services, incentives and points of difference.
  • Responsible for taking inquiry calls from professionals and prospective residents as well as providing tours and securing move-ins.
  • Meet or exceed sales standards as determined by Regional VP of Sales, including follow-up calls, professional outreach, events, move-ins, etc...
  • Manage monthly or quarterly sales and marketing plans as directed by senior leadership.
  • Utilize company's CRM program on a daily basis to manage day to day sales tasks, understand customer referral patterns, conversion rates and effectively utilize data to improve sales and develop sales and marketing plans.
  • Ensure that responses to inquiries are handled properly, timely and with appropriate follow-up.
  • Alert appropriate community staff of projected move-ins, move-outs and apartment changes by chairing daily stand-up meetings to discuss forthcoming changes.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of federal and state regulations regarding acuity levels and licensure requirements.
  • Develop and implement special events and presentations targeted at community education, establishing and maintaining status for the facility as the expert on assisted living.
  • Assist Executive Director with excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Follow and communicate company policies and procedures.

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Minimum of 3 years relevant experience, sales leadership experience preferred.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem solving
  • Technically savvy
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with a variety of personalities and under pressure.
