The Coordinator, Community Engagement, is responsible for supporting and coordinating community outreach initiatives, engagement programs, and partnership activities that strengthen relationships with residents, homeowners associations (HOAs), community advocates, and internal stakeholders. This role manages the day-to-day administration of the Brand Ambassador and Community Advocate programs, tracks project progress and community-related activities, and ensures effective communication across departments. The coordinator serves as a key organizational resource by maintaining accurate records, coordinating program logistics, compiling reports, and supporting special projects that advance the company's community engagement strategy. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while fostering positive relationships both internally and externally.


• Manage the internal Brand Ambassador Program, including communication, scheduling, engagement activities, training support, and program tracking.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of the Community Advocate Program, including onboarding, relationship management, follow-up communication, and program organization.
• Track HOA project status, contracts, approvals, and communication updates across departments, ensuring information is accurate, organized, and updated regularly.
• Assist the senior team with special projects, department initiatives, and cross-functional tasks.
• Compile data and provide routine reporting updates related to partnerships, outreach, programs, and operational progress.
• Coordinate internal communications and help ensure projects remain on schedule and organized.
• Assist with meeting preparation, presentation materials, follow-up notes, and action item tracking.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned


Education and Experience requirements: High school diploma or GED required. An associate's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business Administration, Community Development, or a related field is preferred. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in community relations, project coordination, program management, marketing support, or administrative coordination preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing spreadsheets, databases, dashboards, or tracking systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management platforms such as Smartsheet or similar tools is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departments
• Professional, dependable, and proactive mindset.
• Experience working with community programs, partnerships, HOAs, or customer engagement initiatives is a plus

While performing the duties of the job, the associate is required on a daily basis to analyze and interpret data, communicate, and remain in a stationary position for a significant amount of the workday and frequently access, input, and retrieve information from the computer and other office productivity devices. The associate is regularly required to move about the office and around the corporate campus. The associate must frequently move up to 10 pounds and occasionally move up to 25 pounds.


Must be able to travel up to 10% to project sites, vendor meetings, and other business locations as required.
