The Program Manager is responsible for the overall management, execution, and growth of complex programs operating under an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle. This position serves as both theIDIQContract ManagerandTask Order Program Manager, providing leadership across multiple task orders while ensuring successful delivery of technical, schedule, cost, and contractual objectives. The Program Manager oversees program planning, staffing, risk management, subcontractor performance, and customer engagement activities to support mission success. The role is accountable for maintaining compliance with contractual requirements, quality standards, and organizational policies across all assigned efforts. Additionally, the Program Manager supports business development initiatives through proposal development, task order capture activities, and strategic growth planning.

This is a contingent position based upon contract award.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Serve as theIndefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract Managerresponsible for overall contract administration, customer engagement, and contract performance.
  • Serve as theTask Order Program Managerfor assigned task orders, overseeing execution of technical, cost, schedule, staffing, and quality requirements.
  • Lead program execution activities and ensure successful delivery of all contractual requirements across multiple task orders.
  • Manage program budgets, forecasts, staffing plans, and resource allocations to meet program objectives.
  • Monitor and report program performance metrics, identifying and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Direct risk, issue, and opportunity management activities to minimize program impacts and maximize performance outcomes.
  • Oversee subcontractor and supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual requirements and delivery commitments.
  • Lead customer meetings, program management reviews, and contractual communications with government and industry stakeholders.
  • Support business growth through opportunity identification, task order pursuits, proposal development, and transition planning activities.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable contract requirements, organizational policies, and industry standards.
  • Apply Project/Program Management skills towards corporate requirements; support proposals

Required Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Program Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience managing programs, projects, contracts, or large-scale technical efforts.
  • Demonstrated experience managingTask Orders under an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle.
  • Demonstrated experience serving in a leadership role responsible for program cost, schedule, technical performance, and customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated experience writing, supporting, managing, or contributing to proposal development efforts, including task order proposals and competitive contract pursuits.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Program Management, or a related discipline.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent task orders and large, geographically dispersed teams supporting government, defense, aerospace, or intelligence customers.

Basic Compensation:

$157,600 - $236,300

This range is for the Virginia area only

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's work location, knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience, clearance level, contract affordability and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
