Start Summer 2026 by shaping the future of community-based psychiatric rehabilitation. Advocate Support Services, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Program Director to oversee our CARF-accredited PRP-A services across Central Maryland.

Under COMAR 10.63, PRP programs require strong clinical leadership to ensure compliance, quality, and person-centered care. As Program Director, you’ll guide a dedicated team delivering rehabilitative interventions that help adults living with serious mental illness achieve independence and stability.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide operational and clinical oversight for PRP services in alignment with COMAR 10.63 and Medicaid standards
  • Supervise Rehabilitation Specialists and field teams to ensure documentation accuracy andtimelyIRP updates
  • Drive quality assurance, compliance audits, and staff training initiatives
  • Collaborate with community partners, prescribers, and therapists tomaintaincontinuity of care
  • Lead program growth strategies and maintain CARF accreditation standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in a behavioral health-related field (Master’s preferred)
  • CPRP, LCPC, or LCSW-C certification/licensure required
  • Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in PRP or similar behavioral health programs
  • Strong knowledge of COMAR 10.63 regulations and Medicaid documentation requirements
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
