IAP World Services, an Intrepid Global Solutions company, is a recognized leader in Facilities Management and Operations in support of Defense, Intelligence, and National Security missions.
Under a major Intelligence Community contract, IAP provides facility services including operations, maintenance, engineering, logistics, construction, grounds, custodial, environmental, safety, safety, access control, events, and food services.
We are seeking an experienced, results-oriented Program Manager to lead a 100-person facility services Intelligence Community program. They will have overall program management responsibilities ensuring program health and performance in scope, financials, personnel, deliverables, security, vendors, and customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Overall program management of program personnel.
  • Monitoring cost control, financial reports, budgeting, and overall operating costs.
  • Ensuring program is staffed with qualified personnel.
  • Oversee the coordination of work priorities and monitoring methods, procedures, and programs.
  • Oversee recruiting, onboarding, and retention of cleared personnel.
  • Ensuring that management and contract reports are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
  • Maintains a close and highly responsive relationship to the day-to-day activities of the on-site Team Leads and staff.
  • Provide a variety of administrative support in reviewing and maintaining project documentation and deliverables to the customer, editing documentation, providing public works and work management support in service order dispatching, and coordinating reporting and work order activity.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's preferred
  • Expert knowledge in facilities operations and management.
  • 5 years of program management experience.
  • 10 years of experience supporting facility management services.
  • Successful track record of leading and managing programs in similar scope areas.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • PMP certification.
  • Hazmat training.
  • CBRN Training.
  • First Aid/CPR/AED certification.
  • OSHA Compliance training.
  • Fire Brigade Incipient level training.
