As our Senior Community Program Manager, you'll play a large role in defining the future direction of our overall investment in communities, internally and externally. You will impact the gaming industry by successfully influencing our engagement strategies, with the end goal of building vibrant and highly engaged communities. You should feel equally comfortable communicating with large groups or individuals at many different levels of the company. You should be passionate about enabling and encouraging positive, diverse, inclusive, and productive interactions resulting in the best possible end-user experience. A strong understanding of the gaming industry and what drives the passion of gamers is a valuable differentiator.

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Drive the Gaming for Everyone (G4E) community strategy, aligning investments to business priorities and delivering measurable cultural and player impact (e.g., adoption, engagement, sentiment shifts).
  • Establish and operationalize community health metrics, using qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights and inform strategy, prioritization, and investment decisions.
  • Build and manage relationships with internal and external community leaders and influencers, in partnership with Community Leads and HR, to ensure sustained engagement and two-way dialogue.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of G4E programs and events, including planning, stakeholder alignment, and delivery across internal and external audiences.
  • Develop and execute communication strategies that amplify community voice, increase engagement, and align stakeholders across the organization.
  • Lead implementation of governance models that drive consistency, accountability, and alignment across communities, geographies, and functions.
  • Identify and drive integration opportunities across community efforts, product experiences, and customer-facing processes to increase impact and reduce fragmentation.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in program/project management or equivalent
  • Expert knowledge of community engagement strategies including the development of a holistic architecture of websites, forums, and emerging tools and practices
  • Energetic self-starter, using data to drive decisions
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities quickly and efficiently
  • Proven ability to influence others and drive decisions, without being in a position of authority
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing, computer science, communications, or related field
  • Gaming industry knowledge or experience
  • Experienced with project management tools and Microsoft Office software
  • Experience working with executive leaders
  • Experience with facilitating large group discussions on complex topics

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $39.54 - $73.16 Hourly. These values reflect the expected base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Ultimately, your specific range and offer will be based on several factors, including relevant experience, performance, and work location. Your Talent Professional can share this role's range details for your local geography during the hiring process. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
