About the Role:

You will lead the success of CGMA in the US by building, engaging, and growing a CGMA and finance leader community. You will support the Americas RVP by leading CGMA value propositions in the corporate accounting and finance space. Additionally, you will strengthen member engagement and partner across teams to grow revenue. This growth will also increase the size and influence of this membership base. You will report to Regional Vice President and use a hybrid work schedule. This is an individual contributor role.

You Will:

  • Represent the CGMA brand through direct engagement with accounting and finance leaders
  • Create mutually valuable relationships and open up revenue raising opportunities.
  • Speak at CGMArelated conferences and industry events to strengthen visibility, and creation of revenue raising opportunities.
  • Support and strengthen AICPA member and CGMA member groups and community structures in the Corporate Accounting and Finance market to foster connection, advocacy, and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with state societies to strengthen CGMA relevance and value.
  • Build and sustain mutually beneficial partnerships that support member success and expand CGMA's influence within the finance community.
  • Establish commercial relationships with senior accounting and finance leaders to improve organizational goals.
  • Lead MA Americas representation on the Interchange Executive Planning Committee for state societies contributing regional insight and strategic direction.
  • Support the Americas Regional Engagement Group (AmREG) and grow its strategic goals.
  • Represent the Americas region on conference planning committees with consideration for member and regional priorities.
  • Lead ENGAGE 365 plans to promote sustained yearround community engagement.
  • Coordinate with CIMA Research & Development and our teams to strengthen member value and program relevance.
  • Oversee endtoend planning and delivery of free CGMA CPE webcasts, ensuring quality, consistency, and accessibility.

You Have:

  • CPA and/or CGMA designation
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • 8+ years of experience including experience engaging finance leaders and membership communities.
  • A background in value proposition development, community engagement, or membership organizations.

The Annual Salary Range for this role is: $120k- $151k
