Job description

Position Summary

Berlin Patten Ebling is seeking a results-driven Business Development Director to lead the growth of our Community Association Law practice. This role partners with attorneys to develop business, strengthen referral relationships, manage sales activity, and drive measurable revenue growth. Using HubSpot, you'll oversee pipelines, track performance, and ensure accountability as you expand the firm's presence throughout Florida.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead business development efforts for the Community Association Law practice.
  • Coach and manage attorneys on business development goals, outreach, and follow-up.
  • Develop and execute annual business development plans and growth strategies.
  • Build relationships with community association managers, boards, property management companies, and key industry partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities and coordinate introductions between attorneys and prospective clients.
  • Manage the HubSpot CRM, monitor pipelines, track KPIs, and prepare performance reports.
  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, events, presentations, and networking opportunities.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, trade shows, and Community Associations Institute (CAI) functions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management.
  • Experience managing professionals or revenue-generating teams preferred.
  • Strong CRM experience (HubSpot preferred) and pipeline management skills.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to travel throughout Florida with a valid driver's license.
  • Community association, real estate, legal, or property management experience is a plus.
