As a Communications Intern, you will be entrusted with real responsibilities from Day 1. You will be working alongside the multifunctional team with hands on the keyboard / camera working on opportunities to grow the business and shape the voice of our Brands while communicating with external stakeholders such as journalists, social media influencers, and content creators.

You will have the opportunity to lead or support projects that have a direct impact on our brands and business. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Turning real-time social trends into compelling, talk-worthy ideas and shareable content.
  • Developing and executing communication strategies and plans for our iconic brands.
  • Helping to manage relationships with the creators, influencers, and journalists who define culture.
  • Building credentialing strategies by securing third-party endorsements or alliances for our brands and initiatives.
  • Representing our brands and/or company to outside stakeholders.
  • Supporting internal communication strategies that inform, engage, and inspire our global employees.
  • Analyzing the business impact of programs and making recommendations.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is a digital native living at the intersection of culture, content, and commerce. You are:

  • Passionate about leading complex and game-changing work, willing to embrace new experiences, and operate with drive and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • A strong digital native with a deep understanding of social media platforms across owned, earned, and paid media.
  • A strong collaborator, able to navigate highly dynamic and complex internal and external environments.
  • Analytical and data-based in your problem-solving, with an interest in what drives consumer behavior.

Job Qualifications

  • A top-talent student pursuing an undergraduate or Master's degree in a field such as Communications, Journalism, Digital Media, Marketing, or Business .
  • Graduation date Winter 2027 or Spring 2028
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a solutions-oriented mindset.
  • A passion to lead complex work, embrace new experiences, and operate with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Starting Pay/Salary Range: $29 - $50 per hour

Compensation for roles at P&G varies depending on a wide array of non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, degree/credentials, relevant skill set, and level of relevant experience.
