Job description

The Change Management Associate Analyst is a member of Sidley's Organizational Effectiveness team and supports the successful adoption of strategic initiatives, business process improvements, and technology transformations across the Firm. Working closely with members of the Change team, project team and other stakeholders, this position supports change management execution that drives organizational readiness, user adoption, and sustainable business outcomes while minimizing disruption.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • With direction from a Manager or Senior Manager, this role drives change management activities for medium- to large-scale strategic, operational, and technology initiatives.

  • Prepare and execute change management plans, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption strategies.

  • Conduct organizational change impact and readiness assessments to identify risks, barriers, and opportunities for successful adoption.

  • Partner with project leaders to build alignment and strengthen leadership.

  • Co-develop and deliver communication plans, presentations, messaging, and other materials that promote awareness and engagement throughout the change lifecycle.

  • Collaborate with Learning & Development to design and support role-based training, learning resources, and user enablement activities.

  • Monitor adoption, readiness, and engagement metrics; analyze results and provide recommendations to improve outcomes.

  • Prepare executive dashboards, status reports, and presentations that communicate progress, risks, and organizational impacts.

  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the Firm's change management methodology, tools, templates, and best practices.

  • Stay informed on emerging change management, organizational effectiveness, and digital adoption practices to enhance Firm capabilities.

Education and/or Experience:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Communications, Human Resources, Psychology, or a related discipline required.

  • A minimum of 2 years of progressive experience supporting organizational change management, business transformation, organizational development, consulting, or strategic project initiatives.

  • Excellent writing and grammar skills

  • Superior knowledge of the MS Office Suite

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting enterprise-wide technology implementations, including cloud platforms, collaboration tools, knowledge management, ERP, CRM, document management, or other business applications.

  • Experience working in a global professional services organization, law firm, accounting firm, or management consulting environment strongly preferred.

  • Prosci Change Management Certification .

  • Change Management Institute (CMI), ACMP CCMP, or similar certification .

  • PMP, Agile, Scrum, Lean, or Six Sigma certifications are a plus.

The target salary range for this role is:

$62,600 to $79,800 if located in Illinois

Salaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate.
