The Senior Manager, Enterprise Communications is responsible for leading the company's enterprise and employee communications strategy, planning, and execution. This role serves as the primary owner of internal communications, employee engagement communications, enterprise communication planning, and organizational change communications.

The position partners closely with executive leadership to develop and execute communication strategies that inform, engage, and align employees with company priorities, culture, and business objectives. The role also leads enterprise communication channels, employee events, town halls, and large-scale change initiatives while ensuring a coordinated employee communication experience across the organization.

This role reports to the Director of Communications and serves as a senior member of the Communications team.

Specific Responsibilities

Enterprise Communications

  • Lead the development and execution of enterprise-wide communication strategies, messaging, and plans that support business objectives and organizational priorities.

  • Serve as the owner of employee communications, ensuring alignment, consistency, and effectiveness across the organization.

  • Provide strategic communications counsel to senior leaders and manage the enterprise communications calendar.

Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Lead communications for employee town halls, leadership meetings, and engagement initiatives that strengthen employee connection and understanding.

  • Partner with Human Resources and business leaders to support culture, values, recognition, and employee experience programs.

  • Measure communication effectiveness and employee feedback to drive continuous improvement and engagement.

Power Systems Communications

  • Lead communications strategy and execution for Power Systems, including business updates, leadership communications, and employee engagement initiatives.

  • Partner with Power Systems leaders to develop messaging and communication plans that support business priorities and organizational change.

  • Ensure Power Systems communications align with enterprise messaging, brand standards, and corporate communication objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • 8+ years of progressive communications experience within corporate, employee, internal, or enterprise communications.

  • Demonstrated experience leading large-scale communication initiatives and programs.

  • Lead and develop communications strategy while building strong partnerships with executive and cross-functional leaders to drive business objectives, employee engagement, and communication excellence.

  • Experience supporting manufacturing, operations, industrial, or technology organizations is preferred

  • Experience managing enterprise communication platforms and communication calendars.

  • Change management and employee engagement communications experience.

  • Experience supporting executive communications and leadership events.

The Salary range for this position is $102,500.00-$130,550.00.The specific Salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location.
