Sie gestalten als Projektmanager Communications (m/w/d) unsere Unternehmenskommunikation modern, positiv und mit klugem Blick – intern wie extern. Sie gestalten die Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung zahlreicher Kommunikationsprojekte:

  • Mitwirkung beim Aufbau und der Pflege unserer Corporate Communications über verschiedene Kanäle (Intranet, Newsletter, Website)
  • Planung und Umsetzung unserer Corporate-Communications - (intern & extern) sowie Presse-, Medien- und Social-Media-Strategien
  • Erstellung und Verbreitung von Pressemeldungen für Print, Online und Fachmedien
  • Pflege und Ausbau von Kontakten zu Medienvertreterinnen und Medienvertretern
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Abteilungen und externen Partnern zur Sicherstellung einer klaren Markenbotschaft
  • Eigenverantwortliches Management von Kommunikationskampagnen für digitale wie traditionelle Pressemedien
  • Steuerung externer Dienstleister
  • Monitoring und Reporting der Kommunikationsmaßnahmen, Analyse aktueller Trends und Ableitung von Verbesserungen
  • Organisation von Presse-Events
  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium (mindestens mit Bachelorabschluss) in Kommunikations-, Medien- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften, oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Kommunikationsabteilung oder Agentur
  • Stilsichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sowie Freude an verständlicher, lebendiger Sprache
  • Affinität für digitale Kommunikation und Social Media, neugierig auf neue Formate und Trends
