This position is responsible for creating clear, engaging content and visually compelling materials that help employees understand business priorities, stay informed, and feel connected to the organization.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused role that blends strong written communication with practical design expertise. The ideal candidate is a proactive, detail-oriented communicator who can take direction and quickly translate ideas into polished, ready-to-use content. Your Role at a Glance
Content Development & Execution
  • Create clear, concise, and engaging internal communications aligned with company priorities and strategic initiatives
  • Draft and edit internal emails, announcements, leadership messages, talking points, and site-level communications
  • Translate complex business updates into accessible, employee-friendly messaging
  • Partner with HR, Operations, and Leadership teams to develop communication materials that support organizational needs
  • Proactively gather information by engaging stakeholders, asking thoughtful questions, and connecting insights to shape effective messaging

Design & Visual Storytelling
  • Develop visually compelling assets for internal campaigns, presentations, digital screens, intranet content, and print materials
  • Ensure consistency in visual identity, templates, and brand standards across all employee-facing communications
  • Apply creative thinking and strong design principles to enhance message clarity, engagement, and overall impact
  • Demonstrate strong attention to both message quality and visual execution

Channel Management
  • Support and maintain internal communication channels, including intranet platforms, digital signage, email, print, and on-site communications
  • Ensure content is timely, relevant, and consistent across all channels
  • Continuously evaluate and refine communication methods to improve reach, visibility, and employee engagement

Campaign & Initiative Support
  • Support the development and execution of internal campaigns and initiatives (e.g., safety, culture, employee recognition, benefits, community involvement) through coordinated messaging and visuals
