Education, Experience, and Skills Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or consultative sales.
  • Demonstrated success prospecting, generating new business, and consistently achieving or exceeding sales goals.
  • Experience managing a full sales cycle, from prospecting and discovery through closing and relationship management.
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable engaging directly with business owners and executives.
  • Experience using CRM software to manage pipelines, sales activity, and follow-up.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and virtual meeting platforms.
  • Willingness to travel periodically for conferences, networking events, and client meetings.

Compensation:

  • First-year earning potential of $75,000–$100,000+
  • $40,000 base salary
  • Uncapped commission structure
  • Residual income opportunities tied to member retention and account growth
  • Long-term opportunity to build a recurring book of business and significantly increase earnings over time

Benefits:

  • 401(k) with company match
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • End-of-year bonus opportunities based on company profitability
