Program Overview

Valor Communities is excited to launch a6-month New Home Sales Training Programdesigned for graduates and soon-to-be graduates in real estate. This program offers hands-on experience, guaranteed weekly pay, and the opportunity to grow into a full-time new home sales role.

Learn every aspect of new construction home salesfrom marketing and lead follow-up to contract writing and closing.

Compensation & Incentives

  • Guaranteed Pay:Earn$1,000 per week for the full 6-month training program.
  • Vehicle Allowance:Provided during your on-site training period.
  • Commission Advantage:For yourfirst 90 days, receive1/3 of your commission paid upfront on all ratified contracts written with a preferred lender no waiting until closing to earn.
