As we continue expanding across the Gulf coast, we are seeking a motivated Community Sales Manager to represent ourTraditions community in Gulf Shores. 


Position Overview

We are looking for a results-driven, customer-focused sales professional to serve as the on-site Community Sales Manager at Traditions. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in relationship-based sales, enjoys community outreach, and is passionate about guiding buyers through the new-home process.



Key Responsibilities

  • Manage on-site sales operations at the Traditions community
  • Build relationships with local Realtors and conduct agent outreach
  • Guide buyers through the new-construction sales process from first contact to contract
  • Host open houses, community events, and agent tours
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource on the homes, community, and surrounding area
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience that aligns with Valor’s standards


Qualifications

  • Active Alabama Real Estate License (required)
  • Proven success in real estate or new-home sales
  • Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service
