What You'll Be Doing
  • Managing inbound and outbound customer interactions
  • Delivering professional, solution-focused support
  • Accurately documenting customer conversations andoutcomes
  • Meeting established attendance, quality, and performancestandards

This role is ideal for individuals who work well independentlyand can stay focused without direct supervision.
Requirements

Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
