Job Title: Sales Project Manager – Commercial Flooring
Location: Phoenix, AZ
Pay Range: $55,000- $65,000 Base Salary + Tiered Commission Structure (based on project profitability)

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Have you built a career by being hands-on and relentless in driving new business? If so, this role could be
the right fit for you!

We're looking for a Project Manager who knows how to take charge, build relationships, and push projects to
successful completion. This is both a sales and operational role, where you'll not only manage projects but
also secure new business opportunities. If you're driven by a strong work ethic, natural leadership, and a focus on
results, this could be the perfect fit.

In this role, you’ll oversee commercial flooring projects from start to finish while ensuring smooth project
execution and hitting profitability goals.

Your success will directly impact your compensation, with no cap on commissions and unlimited earning
potential. We’re seeking someone who not only follows the process but takes full ownership of it.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
What You’ll Do:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with General Contractors, developers, property owners, and clients to drive repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Identify, pursue, and help secure new project opportunities, supporting business growth through relationship development, networking, and project management involvement throughout the sales cycle.
  • Lead projects from the initial bid phase through completion, staying accountable for project execution, customer experience, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Facilitate and manage change orders to ensure smooth transitions, accurate project scopes, and strong client communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and operational coordination to ensure projects stay on track and aligned with customer expectations.
  • Collaborate closely with installation teams, subcontractors, vendors, and internal departments to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Monitor material inventory and project logistics to maintain organized and efficient operations.
What You’ll Bring:
  • 2+ years of experience in commercial construction, project management, account management, business development, or a client-facing operations role.
  • 3+ years in commercial or new construction (non-residential - Project Manager, Superintendent, or Construction Supervisor).
  • A results-oriented mindset with a tactical approach to solving problems and ensuring projects reach successful completion.
  • Experience working with General Contractors or commercial flooring crews
If you’re ready to bring your work ethic, leadership, and drive to a company that values integrity, results, and
lasting relationships—while enjoying unlimited earning potential—we want to meet you!
