Our team works on large casino projects and sports facilities throughout Las Vegas. We have an extensive service division from fire sprinkler installation to fire suppression systems.  JOB SUMMARY

Provide overall administrative and technical management on construction project site from bid preparation through final acceptance by client. To sell service agreements for fire suppression systems inspections - sell new system designs and installations; and sell modifications and upgrades to existing systems. Establish and maintain effective contact with potential buyers.

Responsible for understanding, upholding, and promoting the Everus 4EVER Strategy.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Five years inside or outside professional fire sprinkler sales experience or equivalent education and work experience. 
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Provide initial client contact to assess scope of work and resources required to successfully complete project.
  • Prepare complete estimate for selected project with detailed review of proposal specifications, drawings, takeoff information, and contracting.
  • Supervise total construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design, budget, and schedule. Includes interfacing with client representatives, union officials, other contractors, etc.
  • Plan, coordinate, and supervise onsite functions (scheduling, engineering, material control, and may provide day-to-day direction of onsite administrative staff in accounting, purchasing, etc.). Ensure all project logs and documentation files are maintained.
  • Supervise craft employees and/or other contractors as required by the contract. Responsible for productivity of crafts, efficient use of material and equipment, and contractual performance of the project.
  • Represent the company in project meetings and negotiations as needed.
  • Provide technical assistance (i.e., interpretations of drawings and recommending construction methods and equipment, etc. as required). Authorize and approve all project transactions, billings, subcontractor requisitions, change orders, etc.
  • Execute business development action plans for defined targets. Monitor sales activities and adjust to market changes as necessary.
  • Develop and identify prospects from current clients, referral leads, and other sources. May lead/participate in presentations to new clients.
  • Establish contact with potential buyers of new systems, system modifications, and upgrades.
  • Prepare estimates utilizing estimating software (or written proposals) in accordance with project plans and specifications. Gather necessary information and pricing to assemble a complete estimate. Maintain an active proposal backlog.
  • Contact potential buyers of service agreements – initiate sales calls and follow up on leads identified in the company’s business development plan.
  • Represent the Company at industry trade and convention shows as needed.
  • May assist in the development and implementation of the strategic marketing plan, department sales objectives, and individual sales plans.
  • Provide input and feedback on issues relevant to client programs, work in progress, marketing initiative and sales assistance.
  • Perform additional assignments as requested.
