Job description

Respiratory Therapy Manager – Tulsa, OK

We are seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapy Manager for a permanent, full-time day shift leadership role in the Tulsa, Oklahoma area.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary: $90,000–$135,000, based on experience

  • Full benefits package

  • Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance available

Position Overview:
The Respiratory Therapy Manager will oversee daily respiratory care operations, lead and support the RT team, and ensure high-quality patient care while collaborating with clinical and administrative leadership.

Required Qualifications:

  • Completion of an AMA-approved Respiratory Care program

  • Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential

  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in Respiratory Therapy
    (Supervisor, Manager, or Director level)
