WHAT YOU WILL DO:
The Quality Assurance and Statistics (Human Service Specialist VI) performs advanced and/or supervisory (senior-level) social service or case
management work. Works under minimal supervision, with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
YOU WILL BE TRUSTED TO:
-Provider caseload support services to include assistance to counselors, purchasing of customer equipment and supplies, assistance with customer.
-Budget management and other budget projects utilizing automated systems and tools; caseload management support; purchasing and financial monitoring, translating.
-Statistical reports; reviewing manuals and procedures; coordinating the purchasing and distribution of office supplies by entering purchase requisitions.
-Placing orders, verifying receipt of consumer and agency purchases, tracking, and monitoring complex reports on purchases and travel; tracking special projects.
-Developing, coordinating, and maintaining filing systems and retrieving information; hardware and software troubleshooting.
-Performs other duties as assigned to maintain the efficient and effective operation of the unit.
YOU QUALIFY WITH:
-Four years of full-time experience in human services, social science, business, or a related field.
-Relevant academic credits may be applied toward experience qualifications for this position.
-One year of full-time in-service TWC experience classified as a Human Services Specialist V with regular status will satisfy the minimum qualifications.
