Description: Tiger Fuel is looking for a driven Outside Sales Representative to grow a sales territory by delivering reliable propane energy solutions to homeowners, builders, and businesses. This is a high-autonomy, high-earning role where your success is in your hands. You'll sell propane systems, standby generators, fireplaces, and outdoor living products that customers depend on for comfort, reliability, and energy independence. If you thrive on building relationships, closing deals, and managing your own territory , this is your chance to join a growing company in a stable, expanding industry. The job: * Own and grow your territory by prospecting for new residential & commercial accounts * Build relationships with builders, contractors, and property managers * Present tailored propane, generator, and hearth solutions to meet customer needs * Close sales and maximize revenue through follow-ups and consultative selling * Coordinate projects from sales to installation , working with internal teams and vendors * Attend trade shows, professional events, and community activities to generate leads * Deliver exceptional service that drives repeat business and referrals Requirements: * 3+ years of outside sales experience (propane, HVAC, generators, tankless water heaters and construction preferred) * Proven ability to build trust, negotiate, and close deals * Strong technical aptitude and interest in energy solutions * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally * Excellent communication, organization, and CRM skills * Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven * Competitive base + uncapped commissions * Autonomy to manage your own territory and career growth * Work with innovative energy products customers rely on * Collaborative, supportive team culture * Opportunity to grow your sales career in a stable, expanding industry Compensation details: 40000-45000 Yearly Salary PIefbf30104985-29400-40559888
