Apple is looking for a Program Manager to join our US Channel Programs team. In this role, you will own complex channel programs end-to-end, drive operational excellence through automation and scalability, and serve as a key point of contact for our channel partners. You will work cross-functionally with Sales, AI, and technical teams to enhance the partner experience while ensuring measurable business outcomes.

The US Channel Programs team is looking for an experienced program management professional to drive cross-functional and cross-organizational teams that not only enable capabilities within Incentive Programs to enhance the partner experience, but also enhance operational efficiency through process, data, and technology solutions.
The ideal candidate will ensure operational excellence as the business grows and serve as the primary liaison for channel partners across Salesforce and all program touch points, supporting participation, onboarding, and launch execution.","responsibilities":"Own and improve operational workflows across all channel incentive programs, with a focus on scalability across Routes to Market.
Translate operational requirements into platform and system enhancements by partnering directly with the WWBPR team and the AI/ML team building solutions for the channel organization.
Lead partner adoption of new tools, systems, and platforms, ensuring channel partners successfully transition to and engage with evolving program infrastructure.
Drive internal change management by implementing new ideas within the Apple culture, influencing decisions through collaboration and leadership.
Influence other Geos globally by sharing best practices, operational frameworks, and scalable models proven in the US market.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with AI tools or leading AI adoption initiatives in business workflows
Background in channel sales, reseller programs, or partner ecosystems
Familiarity with Apple Channel programs or comparable partner program structures
Experience working with partner-facing platforms (e.g., Salesforce or similar channel management portals)
Experience influencing global teams and exporting operational best practices across Geos
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
7+ years of experience in channel programs, partner operations, or program management
Proven track record managing complex, cross-functional programs end-to-end
Strong external-facing communication and partner relationship management skills
Ability to translate business requirements into automation and process improvement opportunities
Demonstrated ability to influence without authority at senior and cross-functional levels
Comfort operating independently with minimal direction in a fast-paced environment
Proven ability to work across multiple Routes to Market simultaneously
Ability to plan, communicate, organize, and lead multiple simultaneous projects with competing priorities and timescales
Passion for continuous improvement with the curiosity to uncover gaps, resilience to manage ambiguity, and drive to optimize processes and create solutions
Outstanding communication skills, including ability to craft value proposition for programs and articulate vision across various teams

Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $140,700 and $211,400, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
