We are seeking a Marketing Insights, Analysis & Reporting Lead within Services Marketing to drive holistic and actionable insights across iCloud, Creator Studio, Apple One, News, Fitness, and Books. This role will translate complex data into clear insights that shape marketing strategy, optimize investment decisions, and elevate executive understanding of performance.
Description
In this role, you will lead the development and execution of a comprehensive marketing insights and reporting framework across a diverse portfolio of marketing initiatives. You will partner closely with Data Science, Analytics, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent measurement, clear performance visibility, and actionable recommendations. You will establish scalable reporting cadences, define KPI frameworks across channels (paid media, on-device experiences, lifecycle, social), and guide the implementation and evolution of advanced measurement approaches, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA).
As a central connector across teams, you will synthesize inputs from multiple data sources to tell a cohesive performance story, identify optimization opportunities, and support investment decisions across a multi-million dollar marketing portfolio.","responsibilities":"Lead end-to-end marketing performance analysis across campaigns, channels, and initiatives
Define and standardize KPI frameworks and success metrics across marketing efforts
Build and maintain scalable reporting systems, dashboards, and executive-ready presentations

Partner with Data Science and Analytics teams to develop and evolve MMM and MTA models
Establish a consistent cadence of reporting, insights sharing, and performance reviews
Identify opportunities to optimize marketing spend, targeting, and channel mix
Influence marketing planning and investment decisions through data-driven insights
Act as a central point of contact for marketing budget tracking, performance evaluation, and investment planning
Partner with Finance and Operations to manage budget allocation, cost tracking, and performance measurement across lines of business
Own regular reviews of marketing performance with channel teams and cross-functional partners
Drive alignment across teams, ensuring a consistent and trusted source of truth for performance measurement
Preferred Qualifications
MBA, MS in Data Science, or equivalent experience
Experience in subscription-based or digital services businesses
Familiarity with MMM and MTA methodologies
Strong storytelling skills - able to distill complex analyses into clear, compelling narratives
Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments and build processes from the ground up
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field
7+ years of experience in marketing analytics, growth marketing, performance measurement, or a related field
Strong analytical capabilities with experience working across large, complex datasets
Experience defining KPIs and building reporting frameworks across multiple marketing channels
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Keynote)
Strong communication skills with experience building executive-level presentations
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $112,600 and $215,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple's Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You'll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses - including tuition.
