NDM is a family-owned hospitality business that started in F&B and is now expanding into vacation rentals. We are creating a new sector in hospitality by creating identifiable brands with consistent accommodations, services and amenities within the vacation rental space. The housekeeper is responsible for all housekeeping operations for large resort property. Experience and detail – oriented to join our Vacation Homes Housekeeping Team. This position is responsible for cleaning and preparing luxury vacation homes up to company and brand standards. Maintain positive relationships within the company.Essential Responsibilities:Clean, sanitize, and prepare vacation homes with 4-13 bedrooms according to company standards.Work collaboratively with a housekeeping team to complete assigned homes within establishes productivity goals. Perform detailed cleaning of residential kitchens, bathrooms, Living and dining areas, laundry rooms, Patios and outdoor areas (as assigned).Make beds according to company standards and replace all required linens. Restock amenities, towels, linens, and guest supplies.Follow all safety procedures regarding chemicals, cleaning equipment, and PPE. Maintain productivity while ensuring exceptional quality standards.Assist teammates whenever necessary to ensure homes are completed on time.Perform final touch-ups before home are released.  Requirements:Minimum of 1 year of housekeeping experience in hotels, resorts, vacation rentals, or residential cleaning. Strong knowledge of residential kitchen cleaning and sanitization.Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Excellent attention to detail.Reliable transportation.Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.Ability to communicate effectively with supervisors and team members.Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
