Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Junior Dental Sales Representative in Irvine, California.
POSITION OVERVIEW

• Focus on building new orthodontic and dental accounts throughout the territory

• Highly consultative hunter role targeting orthodontists and high-volume dental practices

SCHEDULE & TERRITORY
• Full-time field-based sales role
• Approximately 10% travel
• Daily in-person dental office prospecting and relationship building
• Must currently live local to Irvine or surrounding market
• No relocation assistance available
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Base salary: $80,000–$90,000
• On-target earnings: $160,000–$180,000
• Uncapped commission structure
• Mileage reimbursement provided

IDEAL BACKGROUND
• Early-career “step-up” dental sales candidate
• 1–5 years total professional sales experience REQUIRED
• Minimum 1 year dental sales experience REQUIRED
• Hunter mentality with strong prospecting and business development skills REQUIRED
• Comfortable walking into dental offices and navigating front desk interactions
• Coachable, resilient, competitive, and highly driven personality REQUIRED
• Startup mentality with comfort operating in less structured environments
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities REQUIRED
TARGET BACKGROUNDS
• Dental distributors and dealer reps (Henry Schein, Patterson, Benco, Darby)
• Dental consumables or dental product sales
• Orthodontic product sales
• Dental lab sales
• Clear aligner or orthodontic technology sales
• Dental equipment or imaging sales
• Hygiene or chairside dental product sales
