Working in a commission-based role at a health tech startup can be exciting but comes with unique challenges. The fast-paced, evolving nature of startups often means targets and product offerings may shift rapidly, requiring adaptability and proactive learning. Commission-based compensation may lead to fluctuating income, especially in early stages where the customer base is still growing. Additionally, you'll frequently collaborate with product, marketing, and support teams to tailor solutions to client needs, making strong communication skills essential. Embracing these challenges can lead to significant professional growth and earning potential as the company scales.
