Job Description:Position Summary

The Senior AI Business Analyst serves as a strategic role in Global Programs & Operations leadership, driving business transformation through AI, automation, analytics, and process innovation. This role identifies, evaluates, and implements AI-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency, program effectiveness, productivity, partner experience, decision-making, and stakeholder experiences. AI expertise is a core requirement for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, prioritize, and develop AI use cases that improve business performance and operational efficiency.
  • Lead AI proof-of-concepts, pilots, and adoption initiatives.
  • Analyze business processes and design future-state workflows leveraging AI, automation, and analytics.
  • Gather and document business requirements, process flows, user stories, and functional specifications.
  • Support global programs and operational initiatives across multiple business functions.
  • Develop operational playbooks, governance models, and standard operating procedures.
  • Design AI Enabled dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting solutions, chatbot, actionable insights
  • Leverage AI tools to generate playbooks, training materials, and knowledge assets, partner profitability modeling, sales plays and actionable insights.
  • Partner with IT, business stakeholders, and vendors to evaluate and implement technology solutions.
  • Conduct training AI knowledge with team members
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Program Operations, Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Digital Transformation, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience evaluating, implementing, and leveraging AI technologies.
  • Experience with ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Vertex AI, Gemini, AI Agents, and workflow automation platforms
  • Strong understanding of Generative AI, prompt engineering, AI-assisted content generation, and business process automation.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of google suite of tools
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting global programs, operations, or transformation initiatives.
  • Experience with partner ecosystems, enablement programs, incentives, business planning, or operational excellence initiatives.
  • Experience implementing AI governance, training, and adoption programs.
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, and enterprise analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and product management practices.
  • Knowledge of PRM and CRM
  • AI certification is a plus, Google AI Essentials, IIBA CBDA, etc

Additional Job Description:

Compensation and Benefits

The On Target Earnings (OTE) range for this position is$157,700 - $247,500

OTE includes Sales Incentive Commission in accordance with relevant plan documents and salary.In addition, as a valued member of our team, you'll be eligible to receive a competitive new hire equity grant and annual equity awards, directly connecting your success to the company's growth. All subject to relevant plan documents and award agreements.
