  • Sales Force Enablement & Training:
    • Create comprehensive and easy-to-understand materials (e.g., presentations, primers, justifications) for each trade idea.
    • Conduct regular training sessions and workshops for equity advisory and derivative sales teams, arming them with the knowledge, confidence, and justification needed to effectively pitch ideas to clients.
    • Act as a subject matter expert, providing ongoing support and guidance to the sales force on derivative product intricacies and market dynamics.
  • Client Engagement Support:
    • Support sales teams in client meetings and calls, providing in-depth explanations and technical expertise on derivative trade ideas as required.
    • Translate complex derivative concepts into clear, concise, and client-friendly language.
  • Market Analysis & Monitoring:
    • Continuously monitor global markets, financial news, and industry trends to identify emerging opportunities and risks relevant to derivative trading.
    • Perform post-trade idea analysis to assess effectiveness and refine future strategies.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Lead strong governance and controls
  • Work in close partnership with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, Finance in order to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure.
  • Build a culture of responsible finance, good governance and supervision, expense discipline and ethics.
