Job description

RAVN Group ("RAVN")is pushing the boundaries of innovation in the aviation industry, focusing on cutting-edge technology and advanced aerospace solutions. As part of the RAVN team, you'll be at the forefront of revolutionizing pilot training on military grade aircrafts and aerospace engineering in the defense sector. RAVN provides combat or high maneuver training for pilots, RDT&E, and maintenance services with its fully owned fleet of aircraft.

Summer Internship at RAVN

About RAVN

RAVN is hiring summer interns across multiple departments, with openings in Aircraft Maintenance, Flight Operations, and Business Operations. These are hands-on positions designed to give students and recent graduates real experience in the aviation industry.

About the Role

As a RAVN summer intern, you'll work alongside experienced professionals and contribute to meaningful projects within your assigned department. Whether supporting aircraft maintenance, flight operations, or business functions, you'll gain practical skills, exposure to real workflows, and insight into how a modern aviation organization runs.

Responsibilities

  • Support your team with day-to-day tasks and projects
  • Assist with documentation, record keeping, and reporting
  • Conduct research and compile findings into clear summaries
  • Help with scheduling, coordination, and administrative needs
  • Observe and learn department-specific procedures, safety standards, and best practices
  • Take on additional projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certificate in a relevant field (aviation maintenance, aeronautics, aviation management, business, or related)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
  • Proficiency with common office software such as Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • A strong commitment to safety and a willingness to learn
