Capacity Express is looking for a Freight Agent - Full Remote
Our company is expanding nationwide and we're looking for experienced freight agents ready to take full control of their book of business — with the backing of a strong, growing logistics platform. This is not your typical brokerage role. We offer true independence + real operational support so you can focus on what matters: moving freight and making money.
What You'll Do
1. Build and manage your own customer base
2. Secure freight & negotiate rates
3. Cover loads with qualified carriers
4. Manage margins and ensure smooth execution
5. Maintain strong, professional relationships
What We're Looking For
1. Proven experience in freight brokerage / logistics sales
2. Existing book of business (preferred)
3. Strong shipper relationships
