Job description

Company Description
Cypress Global Services (CGS) is a growing Information Technology (IT) Services firm based in North Houston, TX. Specializing in IT Consulting and Staffing Solutions, CGS provides our clients with industry-leading IT Specialists nationwide for all types of placements, i.e. Temp, Contract, and Full-time.
Client is My Community Platform
Job Description
We are a white label community platform that provides branded mobile apps and web platforms for organizations that run real communities. Chambers of commerce, associations, universities, and membership driven networks use our technology to power engagement, events, communication, and member experiences under their own brand.
We are opening a limited number of commission based Business Development Partner spots as we scale our deployments in 2026. Partners sell custom branded mobile apps and companion websites to organizations, not software subscriptions to individuals.
This is not a job. This is a performance based revenue partnership for people who are comfortable selling high value digital platforms to decision makers.
What you sell
  • Contracts ranging from $6,000 to $50,000+ in first year value
  • Clear ICP and founder support on complex deals

Early Partner Incentive
Early partners receive a 40% commission on first year contract value. This rate is limited and will be adjusted as we transition to salaried sales roles.
How you get paid
  • 40% commission on first year contract value
  • Paid monthly as revenue is collected, or immediately on annual prepay
  • No caps

Why this sells
  • Organizations are already paying for fragmented tools
  • Clear operational pain and urgency
  • Strong consolidation and ownership story
  • Short, founder led sales cycles
  • No mass market churn selling

Growth path
After 10 closed deals, top performers unlock access to salaried AE roles with base plus commission and long term incentives.
Who this is for
  • You can prospect, run discovery, and close
  • You understand value based selling
  • You are comfortable working commission only

Who this is not for
❌ If you need a base salary
❌ If you want warm leads only
❌ If you are early in your sales career
We will ask you to walk through how you would approach your first deal before onboarding.
If this resonates, send a short note with:
• Your background closing B2B deals
• The buyers you would target first
• How you approach commission only work
If you can close, you will be paid well and fast.
