  • Analyze market trends and business needs to anticipate opportunities and position Talent Tactics as the best solution.
  • Negotiate agreements and close deals with new clients, ensuring mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Self-manage your sales flow using CRM tools like Salesforce to track leads, pipeline progress, and conversions.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to align business development efforts with company goals and market trends.
  • Create compelling sales presentations and proposals to showcase Talent Tactics’ value to potential clients.
What We’re Looking For:
  • 5+ years of business development, sales, or client acquisition experiencestaffing/recruiting or B2B services preferred.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—able to develop strategies, execute, and adapt to drive business growth.
  • Proven ability to close deals—you don’t just start conversations, you turn them into revenue.
  • Excellent pitching and negotiation skills—you can communicate value and lock in partnerships.
