The Director, Strategy Operations (& Execution) is responsible for driving the execution of strategic priorities across the organization, ensuring alignment from strategy development through delivery. This role acts as a critical connector between strategy, operations, and execution-bringing structure, rigor, and momentum to complex, crossfunctional initiatives.

The role partners closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to translate strategic intent into actionable plans, establish execution frameworks and operating rhythms, and ensure delivery against milestones. With a strong projectmanagement orientation and consultancy mindset, this position enables clarity, accountability, and impact across global and regional teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Strategy execution: Translate strategic priorities and leadership direction into clear execution roadmaps, milestones, and measurable outcomes
  • Strategic program management: Lead and manage highimpact, crossfunctional initiatives from scope definition through execution
  • Operating rigor: Establish execution frameworks, governance models, cadences, and decision flows to support delivery
  • Crossfunctional collaboration: Partner with global, regional, and functional teams to drive alignment and execution
  • Progress tracking & performance monitoring: Track milestones, risks, interdependencies, and outcomes; proactively coursecorrect as needed
  • Problem structuring & solution development: Bring structure to ambiguity, develop frameworks, and support strategic decision-making

What You'll Bring:

Pay Range:$147,500---$199,200PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
