A Commission Construction Superintendent is a professional responsible for overseeing the final phases of a construction project, specifically focusing on the commissioning process. This involves ensuring that all building systems, such as electrical, HVAC, and plumbing, are installed correctly, tested, and functioning according to project specifications. They coordinate between contractors, engineers, and clients to resolve issues and verify that the project is ready for occupancy or operation. Their role is crucial to ensure the building meets safety, quality, and regulatory standards before handover.
