JOB REQUIREMENTS 

Experience & Skills - Minimum 1 year experience in a pharmacy setting, either as an intern or pharmacist, required

- Hospital Pharmacy experience preferred 

- Knowledge of electronic medical record (Allscripts) required

- Experience with Scan code verification and addition for bedside barcode medication administration on units required 

- Experience with closed transfer devices for oncology drug preparation required - Experience with Pyxis technology required 

- Experience with DoseEdge and Epic's Dispense Prep solution required - IV Compounding required 

- Experience with KitChek required - Medication Reconciliation required - Experience with Pyxis MedStation required 

- Computer Accessories required - EPIC required - IDT rounds (nice to have) - Patient discharge counseling (nice to have) License & Certification - Master's Degree required - Current and valid New York pharmacist license or eligibility for licensure in the state of New York required - PGY1 or PGY2 preferred
