Sales Operations Analyst

Job description

Sales Operations Analyst

Reports to: Sales Operations Manager

Job purpose: Support the administration, calculation, and reconciliation of sales compensation across a fast-growing global SaaS sales organization. Own the monthly mechanics that keep sellers paid accurately and on time, while helping build new processes, including bookings reconciliation and contract automation, as the team and the business scale.

Employment type: Permanent, full-time.

Locations: Must be based in the Atlanta, GA area. This is a hybrid role, with occasional in-person meetings in the Atlanta office.

Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000

What We Do

RELEX runs the planning decisions behind 600+ retailers and manufacturers worldwide, deciding, at real scale, what gets forecast, stocked, priced, promoted, and produced across the entire value chain. Few problems combine this much data, this much complexity, and this much real-world weight: get it right and a shelf stays stocked, a factory line doesn't stall, food doesn't spoil in a warehouse before it's sold. Get it wrong, and it shows up in actual losses, for some of the largest retail and manufacturing brands in the world.
We've grown for 76 consecutive quarters straight, and it's still accelerating. The first half of 2026 was the strongest in the company's history. We're a team of 2,000+ people, headquartered in Helsinki, with offices across Europe, North America, and Asia-Pacific.

In response to our fast growth and market expansion,we are looking for...

What we need you to do and be

  • Calculate monthly sales commissions, process manual adjustments, and maintain accurate crediting records across the sales organization.
  • Conduct crediting reviews and periodic audits, catching and resolving discrepancies before they reach the field.
  • Coordinate with Payroll to ensure commission payments are processed accurately and on schedule each cycle.
  • Investigate and resolve compensation disputes raised by sellers and managers, escalating complex cases where needed.
  • Administer and maintain our sales compensation platform, keeping calculations, adjustments, and records current and reliable. This includes improving the platform's UI and the seller experience so sellers see only what's relevant to their own commissions, driving transparency and adoption across the field.
  • Lead the rollout of a contracts platform into the deal-closing motion, including configuration and automation that connects signed contracts to the compensation and booking process.
  • Design and formalize a bookings review and reconciliation process, partnering with Finance to validate the bookable figures that drive seller payouts.
  • Serve as a first line of support for sellers, fielding and resolving questions on payments, timing, and crediting.
  • Document new processes as they take shape, building a clear reference for the team as compensation administration scales with the business.

What you'll bring to the table

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Operations, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Curious and eager to learn, with a general understanding of how sales operations functions within a global SaaS organization.
  • A self-starter with a willingness to get things done.
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort working with numbers, spreadsheets, and calculations under recurring monthly deadlines, while supporting individuals across multiple timezones.
  • Analytical mindset, able to spot discrepancies, investigate root causes, and communicate findings clearly.
  • Comfortable operating with some ambiguity; several of this role's responsibilities are new to the team and will take shape as you help build them.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain compensation outcomes clearly to sellers and managers.
  • Able to triage and prioritize recurring monthly deadlines alongside longer-term projects.

Nice to have

  • Experience in sales operations, sales compensation, finance, or a related operational role is a plus, but not required. We are open to candidates with little to no professional experience who demonstrate a strong interest in B2B SaaS or enterprise software and a desire to build a career in sales operations.
  • Familiarity with enterprise CRM/CPQ/compensation tools.
  • Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, basic modeling).
  • This role supports a global sales organization, so fluency in languages beyond English is a plus.

What we offer in return
You'll be supported and given the space to thrive. We offer meaningful work, flexibility, and a culture that backs you to share your voice and be authentic.

  • An international career and learning opportunities
  • A rapidly growing and financially robust software company with exciting opportunities for career growth, also in the future

These are the RELEX key benefits

  • Flexibility in how and where you work
  • Room to thrive in a fast-growing global company with a good market position
  • Practical benefits that support work, family, wellness, and everyday life
  • Annual leave
  • Diverse, inclusive, and supportive work culture
  • Work that meaningfully reduces waste and improves sustainability
  • Ownership, autonomy and flat hierarchies
  • Two paid volunteering days each year

If you feel this is the opportunity you don't want to miss, you can apply by sending your cover letter and resume through the application form as soon as possible.
Please note that to be considered for this position, you must be based in Georgia and hold a valid work permit in the US. We're excited to connect with applicants who meet these criteria and share our passion to do hard things, trust each other, and build what's next for the product, the planet, and the people.

We area global community of different cultures, voices, and experiences. We celebrate what makes us unique and connect through what we share, in an authentic and safe environment.
